LGNE 1.5 MWh class mobile energy storage system


LGNE provides an industrial-grade mobile energy storage platform for construction machinery and heavy-duty industrial scenarios.

The platform supports flexible configurations from compact mobile charging units to MWh-class mobile energy systems, covering power capacity from 106 kWh to 4 MWh.

Platform range: 106 kWh to 4 MWh class

Battery chemistry: LFP

Thermal management: Liquid cooling and liquid heating

Charging interface: CCS1, CCS2, GB/T, AC 380V and 220V options

1.5 MWh-Class Mobile Energy Storage Configuration

For high-power construction equipment applications, LGNE can support 1.5 MWh-class mobile energy storage configurations designed for electric excavator charging and flexible site-side energy supply.

A recent project configuration includes:

PCS rated power: 625 kW

DC charging output: 400 kW

Charging interface: Dual-gun DC charging

DC working range: 580-1000 V

Safety system: Integrated thermal management and fire safety system

Three 1,567 kWh mobile energy storage units have arrived at LGNE for electric construction equipment project preparation and delivery support.

This type of system can support electric excavators, loaders, mining equipment and other heavy-duty off-highway applications requiring flexible site-side energy supply.

Real Operation References

In one delivered mobile energy storage project, a 3 MWh system has exceeded 500,000 kWh cumulative discharge in real operation.

In another operating case, 10 electric wheel loaders, each with approximately 350 kWh onboard battery capacity, can consume around 7,000 kWh of electricity per day under high-utilization operation.

Actual energy consumption depends on duty cycle, charging strategy, site conditions and equipment operation profile.
