Mobile Energy Storage for Off-Highway Electrification
Flexible site-side power support for electric excavators, loaders, mining equipment and temporary construction applications.

Mobile energy storage system supporting electric loader charging at Lingong Group site
Electrification in construction machinery does not stop at the machine.
For electric excavators, wheel loaders, mining equipment and other heavy-duty off-highway machines, reliable site-side energy supply is becoming a key part of real-world operation.
LGNE mobile energy storage systems are designed to provide flexible, deployable and high-power energy support for construction sites where fixed charging infrastructure is limited, delayed or difficult to build.
High-utilization electric construction equipment can create significant daily energy demand.
In real construction and mining environments, the challenge is not only the onboard battery capacity of the machine. It is also whether the jobsite can provide enough energy at the right time without interrupting productivity.
Mobile energy storage can act as a practical bridge between electric equipment and site-side power infrastructure, supporting charging flexibility, temporary deployment and high-power operation.
Typical applications include electric excavator charging, electric wheel loader charging, mining equipment energy support, temporary construction site power, remote or off-grid operation, hybrid power supply with grid or generator, and port or industrial equipment charging.

Mobile energy storage system deployment and site-side power connection
Mobile energy storage can support temporary deployment, site-side charging and flexible power supply where fixed charging infrastructure is limited or still under development.
It can help electric construction machinery operate with less dependence on permanent charging stations during early electrification stages.

1,567 kWh mobile energy storage unit arriving at LGNE
Three 1,567 kWh mobile energy storage units have arrived at LGNE for electric construction equipment project preparation and delivery support.
This type of system can support electric excavators, loaders, mining equipment and other heavy-duty off-highway applications requiring flexible site-side energy supply.
In one delivered mobile energy storage project, a 3 MWh system has exceeded 500,000 kWh cumulative discharge in real operation.
In another operating case, 10 electric wheel loaders, each with approximately 350 kWh onboard battery capacity, can consume around 7,000 kWh of electricity per day under high-utilization operation.
Actual energy consumption depends on duty cycle, charging strategy, site conditions and equipment operation profile.
Construction sites, mines and ports often require equipment to operate under dust, vibration, humidity, salt spray and temperature variation.
LGNE mobile energy storage systems are designed with industrial-grade protection, liquid thermal management and integrated safety systems to support stable operation in demanding environments.
As part of the Lingong Group ecosystem, LGNE supports electrification scenarios where electric construction machinery and site-side energy infrastructure need to work together.
Our role is to provide reliable battery systems and mobile energy support solutions that help OEMs, system integrators and project operators build practical electrification projects for real working environments.
Contact LGNE to discuss project configuration, charging requirements and site-side energy planning.
