The LGNE 282 kWh High-Voltage Battery System is built on a standardized 614.4V modular architecture for demanding off-highway machinery.

The system integrates 8 modular battery packs using 230 Ah LFP cells, providing a nominal energy capacity of 282.6 kWh. Its modular architecture supports flexible vehicle integration while maintaining standardized electrical, mechanical and thermal interfaces.

Liquid cooling and integrated heating provide stable thermal performance across demanding operating conditions. Dual-port DC charging supports a total charging current of up to 400 A, while the dual-branch electrical architecture supports reliable power delivery for intensive duty cycles.

Designed for OEMs and system integrators, the 282 kWh battery system is suitable for construction machinery, agricultural equipment, material-handling equipment and other special-purpose off-highway applications. With UN38.3 certification and a cycle life of ≥2,800 cycles to 70% SOH, the system provides a scalable and reliable solution for heavy-duty electrification projects
