423 kWh-614.4V

The LGNE 423 kWh High-Voltage Battery System is built on a standardized 614.4V modular architecture for demanding off-highway applications. Using 230 Ah LFP cells, the system integrates 12 modular battery packs to provide a nominal energy capacity of 423.9 kWh.

The three-branch electrical architecture supports scalable system integration, while liquid cooling and integrated heating provide stable thermal performance across demanding operating conditions. Dual-port DC charging supports a total charging current of up to 500 A for high-power applications.

Designed for OEMs and system integrators, the 423 kWh battery system is suitable for construction machinery, mining equipment, material-handling machinery and other heavy-duty off-highway applications. With UN38.3 certification and a cycle life of ≥2,800 cycles to 70% SOH, the system provides a reliable platform for large-scale equipment electrification.
