The LGNE 525 kWh High-Voltage Battery System is built on a standardized 540.96V modular architecture for demanding off-highway machinery.
The system integrates 12 modular battery packs using 324 Ah LFP cells, providing a nominal energy capacity of 525.8 kWh. Its modular architecture supports flexible vehicle integration while maintaining standardized electrical, mechanical and thermal interfaces.
Liquid cooling and integrated heating provide stable thermal performance across demanding operating conditions. Dual-port DC charging supports a continuous charging current of up to 500 A, while the system also delivers up to 500 A continuous discharge current and 700 A peak discharge current for 30 seconds.
Designed for OEMs and system integrators, the 525 kWh battery system is suitable for medium- and large-duty construction machinery, agricultural equipment, mining machinery and other special-purpose off-highway applications.
